INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREATING
AN INTERACTIVE TEST
- Create 10 multiple choice questions from the chapter.
- Open up WORD and download this template.
3. In the template below, type in your information in RED AREAS only. It is easy, just follow the RED
instructions.

4. Remember to match the “right” or “wrong” for each question. There should always be 3 “wrongs”.
