It's inner strength to separate from the robots in society. If you have ever heard the term that people are sheep and to just go along with the crowd. Why be a sheep, when you can be a sheep herder and rule them all? Free will is that "inner strength" that allows you to make those decisions on your own and not be another mindless zombie.

Robots, sheep and zombies o my!

Are you implying that free will equals greed? Hmmmm. "Why be a sheep, when you can be a sheep herder and rule them all?" Sounds a little gluttonous to meeee.

No, I wasn't intending to. I guess I didn't put as much thought as I thought behind my thought. >_<.
